    NAV formula in video lectures

    Hello, Has anyone came to the video of the third section from financial markets and products. As far as I know the NAV is calculated as a difference between assets and liabilities, divided by shares outstanding. Do you think the formula, not accounting for liabilities is wrong? Best regards,
