I just want to add a note here that it seems email definitely helps. I called them twice before but none was working. I sent an email two days ago. Today, I got confirmation. P.S. I submitted my experience on 1/4/2021.

what email address you used? I called them again this morning, and got the same answer that they are overwhelmed by the back to back exams in October and November, and the minimum waiting time now is 3 months. Thank you.

i called them today and was told that that the reviewing team is going through cases submitted around mid-December. I submitted mine on 1/4 so was told that I will be waiting for another 2 or 3 weeks till the end of March to expect my review results.

For topics that only have Question Set, not Study Notes in the current Study Plan for Part II, would you put the Study Notes back before the new updated versions are ready? It seems quite a large number of the topics are currently missing Study Notes.
