Guys please can you tell me what the description is given to side of quartiles ( Good or fair or poor understanding )

What were your quartiles can you say? And please tell what the description to the right of quartiles says (poor , fair ,good understanding)

Hi guys i used the trick to check my result, its says i passed and it is also showing quartiles It says im in 1 st quartile in all the subjects but the weird thing is it say to the side that the first quartile means poor understanding. If 1 quartile means poor or it meand 4th quartile instead...
