If the indoor gathering is 10, i think that applies to the building not the hall. if it applies to the hall, then we are talking about max 30 percent capacity only if it qualifies under ritual, or religious events.

I think the exam is happening. As you can see they’ve only assigned 3 halls in banfield which may suggest the no of candidates is not that much, and i am guessing they should definitely be able to find alt loaction, hotel for example.

if you are referring to the November exam, the last day to defer any of your exam is Oct 15.2020.

It is hard to compare GARP to CFA institute, CFA's huge, all those charter holders pay dues, correct me if I am wrong, in order to use the designation, I don't think GARP charges a due, membership is optional. Having said that, how would you expect an institute to make arrangements overnight or...
