It's a little vague, but the closest I can come to this is through put-call parity. Put + Stock = Call + Risk-Free Bond (PV) --> P + S = C + B --> Solving for the call price you get C = P + S - B where -B is the short position in the risk-asset (or bond). I believe they mean "Put + Stock" as...
Yeah, I agree. This thing is a beast. For me, it's time to diversify and try to hit as many targets as possible. I'm going to start taking practice exams from now until next Friday and then brush up for the remainder of time.
Perhaps I should provide different perspectives. I can see this causing frustration to several parties and not just someone who is trying to better understand concepts.

Hi @David Harper CFA FRM , I like the idea, but I don't think I can deal with the feeling of guilt I'll have afterwards. Army Crawls to the finish line...nothing but break after that (hopefully).
Hey @David Harper CFA FRM , now that I read your response, I realized what @brian.field meant by suggestions (improvements to the forum). I'm not sure why I misunderstood it before, perhaps it's my brain that's dead right now. I originally understood it as suggestions for the exam or tips...
