As per the GARP website stats there were 17,673 FRMs and now the mail says 24,139 FRMs...so I guess we can infer that 6,466 candidates have passed this time and that translates to around 28% pass rate (assuming 23000 have taken FRM 2009). Not sure if I am missing something out here. Regards...
