Just to draw Comparisons- For the 1st 15 years of its inception ..CFA kept passing 75% of candidates - http://www.cfainstitute.org/cfaprogram/Documents/1963_current_candidate_exam_results.pdf And I dont think FRM ever went to 65%

Level2WaitingForResults - Qstn was - 5 yrs eff durn for MBS and PO had durn of 20 years and the qstn asked IO .... If i wrote the qstn correct, is the probable answer IO = -15 (5=20+IO) ?
