In Reference to R28.P1.T4.TUCKMAN_CH2_$_VALUE_of_ZERO :-
Wanted to confirm if $_VALUE_of_ZERO = $_VALUE_of_BASIS_POINTS ?

Can you give more specific information on where this is discussed? I checked the Tuckman source also(in addition to David checking notes and PQ), and I do not see what you are referring to.
