With reference to the above, I must respectfully add that there is a typo:

F = 1/2((t1^2 + t2^2 - 2*rho*t1,t2*t1*t2)/(1 - 2*rhot1,t2))

Instead it should be,

F = 1/2((t1^2 + t2^2 - 2*rho*t1,t2*t1*t2)/(1 - rho^2*t1,t2))
