jst had a talk with a person from garp authorised centre in india,they told u can expect result between 7.30to9 pm indian standard time.....here is d number:09769860151

any 1 remembers @ what time the admit card was sent on nov 1???they might send result @ same time 2day............

i thnk there can b 3 possibilities: 1)u cleared l1 2)if u didnt thn ur registration for 2013 l2 is converted for l1.. 3)there is a bug

i thnk it shd tk 3to 4 hrs more..........
