I say we don't know anything for sure until the site specifically says "Passed" or "Not passed". It seems like there is pretty strong evidence that this change indicates a pass, but I think it's way premature to conclude that no change indicates fail.
Mine changed too! And it took a good few mins after the first person posted... so don't stress if yours hasn't changed yet. May be a bit more time before they are all changed, if this does mean a pass.
GARP says approx 6 weeks after exam day will results be released. And last year, exam was 3rd Sat in November (as always) and results came out on first Tuesday in January. So we are hoping the pattern will be the same this year.

Hmm, I had decided against that one because I specifically remembered the reading mentioning that a feature of Bitcoin is the lack of anonymity, and the fact that transactions can always be traced back to the individuals who were involved. I could be wrong though.
One more question of mine from a GARP past exam - the correct answer states that theta is always negative for long put options. But I thought it can be positive for deep in-the-money put options? Am I wrong?

See attached. I thought that the question suggested that the 5 losses given were daily losses, collected on a daily basis over the past 100 trading days, and so I went with D. But the answer suggests that these are losses over the entire 100-day period. Do you agree that it is a poorly worded...
